I practice in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment in Billericay, Essex, working with individuals of all cultures, faiths and sexualities in private practice both short and long term. Some clients choose to meet for a few weekly sessions, whilst others, who want to make significant changes in the way they experience their lives, come weekly for a number of years.
However long the work may continue, therapy is a significant commitment for both client and therapist. I often suggest an initial session, where we can meet and talk, and you can ask any questions you might have, before deciding if we go ahead.
I practice Transactional Analysis, an integrative approach in the humanistic tradition. Each client will have their own personal treatment plan which provides a structured and focused way to address their thought processes to help understand inner conflicts and find new ways to alleviate and deal with distress. I have a particular interest in 'Relational' therapy; a way of exploring difficult, repetitive inter-personal experiences and options for change.

My practice is within walking distance of Billericay train station, if you are driving, I am with-in a 15 minute drive from Chelmsford, Brentwood and Basildon. Private parking is provided on site.
